Riverside County's instructions to Susan Marlowe

Susan Marlowe was given specific instructions by the Judge NOT to give the animals back to the person who was accused of abusing them. She also swore, under oath and under penalty of perjury, that she would find them good homes. As we mentioned numerous times, Ms. Marlowe gave the animals back to Cynthia Gudger and harbored Ms. Gudger for close to two years knowing that Cynthia Gudger was charged, at the time, with horrific animal cruelty.
